Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, our refund policy differs significantly from physical goods.
No Refunds on Delivered Keys
All sales of digital products are FINAL.
Once a unique license key, serial number, or activation code has been delivered to you via email or displayed on your screen, we cannot offer a refund, return, or exchange. This is because we cannot verify if the key has already been used, viewed, or saved by the customer.
Important: By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right to a refund once the digital content has been delivered.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not grant refunds for the following situations:
Change of Mind: You decided you no longer want the product after receiving the key.
Incompatible Hardware/Software: You purchased a key that is not compatible with your specific device or operating system. Please check system requirements before buying.
Wrong Region/Platform: You purchased a key for the wrong region (e.g., buying a US key for a European account) or the wrong platform (e.g., buying a Steam key for Xbox).
Accidental Purchase: You claim the purchase was made by mistake or by a family member without permission after the key has been revealed.
Order Cancellations
Before Delivery: If you wish to cancel an order before the key has been sent or generated, please contact us immediately. In this rare case, a refund may be possible subject to a processing fee.
After Delivery: Once the system has sent the key to your email address, the order is considered “completed” and cannot be canceled or refunded.
Defective or Invalid Keys
We strive to ensure 100% validity of our codes. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a key that does not work, we are here to help.
To request a replacement for a defective key, you must:
Contact us within 48 hours of purchase.
Provide your Order Number.
Provide clear Screenshots showing the error code and the date/time of the redemption attempt.
We will verify the error with the publisher. If the key is confirmed to be defective or used prior to your purchase date, we will issue a replacement key. Monetary refunds are only issued if we are unable to provide a working replacement.
